Naarm-based writer | she/her

Christine Chanty is a lifelong memoirist whose childhood diaries inspired her to study a Bachelor of Creative Writing at RMIT University.

When writing, she loves to highlight her Lao heritage and perspective as an Asian woman in Australia through both fiction and non-fiction. She also loves to interview and profile fellow creatives, and is working on her parents' memoir – she truly believes everyone's story deserves to be told!

When not writing, you'll find her at an indie cinema, thrift shopping, baking, or singing karaoke.
